Appointments are with Nurse Hayley and take place at 7 Coed Fedwen, Birchgrove, Swansea SA7 0HA. Please arrive at your appointment time so that your consultation is not shortened. Opening hours are listed on the contact page.

Every treatment begins with a consultation and a professional assessment. Nothing is recommended before your concerns have been discussed with you, and you are never under pressure to proceed on the day.

Appointments can be requested by telephone on 07918 080715, by message, or through the online booking link. The booking platform is operated by a third party and its own terms apply when you use it.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please let the clinic know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. Any booking, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply to your appointment will be provided by Phoenix Aesthetics or through the booking system at the time of booking.

Where a deposit or payment arrangement applies to an appointment, it is confirmed with you at the time of booking. Prices for treatments are published on the prices page; the exact plan for you is agreed at consultation.

Suitability for any treatment is confirmed only after consultation and professional assessment. A treatment may be declined, delayed or adjusted where that is the appropriate clinical decision, and this is always explained to you.
